What kind of bakery is Artistry & Aprons? 

Artistry and Aprons is a cottage bakery based in Hoboken, NJ. All orders are made to order.

Is the bakery a peanut-free, nut-free or sesame-free facility?

No, while we can modify items to be nut-free, they are made on shared equipment that also processes tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.

Is the bakery a dedicated gluten-free facility

No, not at this time.

Does Artistry and Aprons offer dairy-free or vegan products? 

No, not at this time.

Do you have retail hours?

No, all orders are placed through the online store and made to order.

How do I place an order? 

Orders can be placed using the online store

For shipping orders, please send us an email at artistryandaprons@gmail.com (please include shipping address and desired package arrival date).

Please note, orders placed online or any special requests submitted (design, allergen alterations, etc.) are NOT confirmed until you receive a response back directly from the Artistry & Aprons team. 

How far ahead do I need to place an order? 

We require 5 business days notice for most products on our menu, including custom cakes, cupcakes, platters, etc. Orders can be made sooner but may recieve a rush fee. Please email artistryandaprons@gmail.com for orders needed sooner than 5 business days.

Where do I pick my order up?

All orders placed online for pick-up can be collected at 222 Clinton Street. Orders will be available for pick-up during the designated window in your confirmation form.

Do you offer delivery for orders?

YES! We offer delivery within Hoboken and NYC. There is a delivery fee of $7.00-$10.00 depending on specific address location.

Do you offer shipping for orders?

YES! For shipping orders, please send us an email at artistryandaprons@gmail.com (please include shipping address and desired package arrival date).

What is your cancellation policy for orders placed online?

We require payment in full ahead of the order pick-up day. However, we do offer a full refund on any order that is cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to the designated pick-up day. 

Do you accept gift cards?

YES! Artistry & Aprons physical gift cards and egift cards can be used on any order placed with the bakery.

Do you make custom celebration cakes? 

YES! Please email artistryandaprons@gmail.com for all custom celebration cake orders.

How do I work with you on a custom piece?

Can I order photos from your gallery that are not listed in the store?

SOMETIMES! Email me at artistryandaprons@gmail.com with the photo, print size and delivery information.

Do you frame the photos?

For all commission pieces, we will work together to find a frame that suites you. At this time, standard orders do not come with frames.
